If Christian Formation for children is to be effective, and the parish is to grow in faith, it is critical that the adults of the congregation also be part of the continuing education/formation programs. Many opportunities for adult formation are open to all people in the parish, on Sunday mornings between services as well as in the evenings and weekday mornings. A weekday evening Lenten program provides a meal fellowship along with an in-depth study of a topic. We always welcome new ideas for gatherings that encourage us to study and grow together in faith.
During the seasons of the Church year, we invite all ages in the parish to take part in special events to celebrate and mark significant times together. This is an opportunity for all generations of the parish family to gather for learning and to create various expressions of Scripture story or liturgical celebration. During Lent and Advent we send special materials home to be used for prayer and seasonal devotions by children, couples, adults, and families so that they might experience these seasons of the Church year more deeply.
We are eager to share our Christian Education/Formation with you and your family. There is a special place for all of you here.
